Fees & Charges

What is it going to cost ?

A fee of 1% of the contract price is payable by way of a $Australian 450.00 non refundable deposit paid at the time of signing the authority to act as the buyer agent.

Upon completion of the contract the balance of the 1% fee is payable.

Additional Charges:

• To attend and bid at auction $150.00
• A bonus of $200 is payable for every $5000.00 we can reduce the selling price.
• To inspect property prior to settlement $100.00

  All fees quoted are inclusive of GST.
