Villefranche-Sur-Mer. A small town on the coast convenient to Nice, Monaco and the Grasse region.

It can be a busy place in the day. As many cruise ships stop here for the passengers to visiting Monaco, Eze, Nice and other places in the area.

A nice little town beside the water and has a beach area.

It also has a rail station, that makes it easy to visit other places in the general area.

Sightseeing Villefranche-Sur-Mer

To see the area, unless you have a car, the best means of travel is the train. From the Villenfranche-Sue-Mer Station you can get a train to Canne, Nice or Monaco.

When cruise ships are in the bay you will see lots of sightseeing tour for the passengers.

Getting Around Villefranche-Sur-Mer

Cruises: These anchor in the bay and use Tenders to the port.

Car: Nice to visit when in the area and stay, if you like a small quieter place.

Air: Nice Airport.

Taxis: These are available at Nice airports but are expensive. So one should check the cost with the driver first.

Villefranche Sur Mer is a small town by the ocean and nice to stroll around .... I mainly mention it for people on a cruise.

When the cruise ships are anchored in the bay, its quite a view and one that most passengers would take a picture of.
